Her new novel is “But He Loves Me”

But He Loves Me

Renate quits her studies in Bergen, Norway, and moves to buzzing London. She tries leaving her tragic past behind but nothing can stay unrevealed forever. During a reckless party night with her new best friend Madeleine she meets Mr Right, who finds out about her dark secrets and doesn’t run away.

Despite having already decided “never again”, Renate finds herself falling in love, and there are plenty more unexpected things heading her way. She refuses to listen to warnings from her well meaning friends, making excuses for her boyfriend both to them and to herself with “but he loves me…” But how much is too much even in love? What happens when Renate finds out that she is not the only one with a secret? The dangerous cat and mouse game back in Norway was just a warm-up for this one.

You can buy it at Amazon right now!

And I’ve got an interview with Katja as well…

Who is your favorite author?

I’ve many author idols but let’s say Stephen King as he has been one of my favorites for years.

How do you describe your writing style?

My writing style is transformational. I’m writing about journeys that come from my heart, I just have a story to tell.

Use no more than two sentences. Why should we read your book?

My books cover topics that will touch people’s souls and give hope even on the darkest day. Reader will get something to think about, something to talk about and maybe even a push to start their personal transformation.

Have any of your characters been modeled after yourself?

Not modeled after me but I projected some of my own experiences and feelings onto the character of Renate.

If you could exchange lives with any of your characters for a day which character would you choose and why?

My initial reaction is “none”. But if I had to choose, I would say Liz in “But He Loves Me” because she is in a good place in her life.

What books have most influenced your life?

There are many books that have influenced my life, these three come to my mind now: “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne, “The Shadow Side of the Light Chasers” by Debbie Ford and “Angels in My Hair” by Lorna Byrne.

If you could select one book that you could rewrite and add your own unique twist on, which book would that be and why?

Oh, I wouldn’t dare to touch anybody’s work, but I could write sequels…

Beatles or Monkees? Why?

Beatles. I love the lyrics of their songs.

Who should play you in a film of your life?

Good question! Who would you suggest? I would definitely need to organize a casting and see who would be the most suitable.
